I provide a holistic approach to wellness with emotional, physical, and spiritual guidance to help you navigate pregnancy, childbirth, and early parenthood with confidence and peace of mind. I am natural minded and simply love to educate you to make your own informed choices within the pregnancy and birth space. My doula model differs from the standard 4 session model as I prefer to get to know you on a deeper level ensuring comfort and confidence that you can carry with you in birth and postpartum.
